los banos training

yep folks, i'll be out from 24-28 November for a Training of Trainors in Los Banos so... see yah when i get back.

by the way, i just watched the CARAGA region perform in Intramuros and i had fun. Of course the roasted chicken from SABEL helped too ;) and i loved that rice cake they have!!!
